We recently moved into our new home in Levittown and it would not have been possible without Sam and hey he offered to bring us home cooked food after we settled in and nothing can beat that :). The best part is he has an entire team backing him and every one on his team was exceptional. Mandeep is the attorney who made our lives so easy and she was the rock star during closing. Giovanni his loan officer ensured that we were in the loop every step of the way and he made the entire loan process feel like a walk in the park. Sam makes a personal connection with everyone he meets, that’s just who he is. He is genuinely on your side from day one, he will fight all your battles and make sure you’re taken care of throughout this tough process. I was out of town every week for work related travel during this process but Sam did not let that get in the way and he worked around my schedule. Within two weeks of working with Sam, we had an offer accepted on a home in the location we wanted, the School district we wanted, and the budget we wanted.
